The Philadelphia Inquirer 		Fire officials offer a last salute to their fallen colleague. From left are Chester Fire Chief James McDonald, Lt. William Suter, and Upland Fire Chief Dave Edwards. McDonald was later diagnosed with vascular disease and cancer; he died in March 1991 at age 60.
