William Penn

Alexander Milne Calder's statue is the tallest on any building in the world. It was constructed in 14 pieces and was placed facing northeast, looking toward the site at which Penn negotiated his treaty with Indian tribes. As a result, the statue's face is never directly lit by the sun.
