Victim takes initiative
Grace and Doug Roman, frustrated that police had not produced a sketch of the man who sexually assaulted Grace in 1995, hired a forensic artist at their own expense to prepare this likeness. They gave the drawing to the sex-crimes unit, which turned it into a poster distributed to police districts. The suspect has not been found.
