$40,000 reward offered for rapist
The Daily News Dragnet is out for the Center City rapist. The total reward locally for the capture of the rapist and killer is $40,000. There is also a $10,000 reward in Fort Collins, Colo., for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
Contributions include $20,000 from the University of Pennsylvania. The Daily News is providing $5,000.
The Center City rapist is described as about 27, clean-shaven, 5-foot-10 to 6-feet tall, 145 pounds, with an olive complexion and dark hair. His clothes are casual, like someone would wear on a date. Sometimes he smells of aftershave.
