Open Windows Explorer. Maximize it, if it should open in just a window.
In the left pane, find the folder containing the list of files you want to print and click on it.
Move the cursor slowly over the thick border separating the folder pane from the files pane on the right until a two-headed arrow appears.
With the double-headed cursor showing, click on the left mouse button, hold it down and drag the cursor to the left until the folder pane has only enough space to display folder names.
In Windows 95, click on the List icon on the icon bar. It is the second icon from the right.
In Windows 98/ME/XP, click on the down arrow to the right of the Views icon and, from the drop-down menu, choose List.
Press on the ALT and Print Screen keys simultaneously.
From Start/Programs/Accessories, open the Paintbrush program.
Click on the Edit menu, then choose Paste.
You probably will get this message: "The image in clipboard is larger than the bitmap. Would you like the bitmap enlarged?"
Click on Yes.
Go to File in the Menu and choose Print.
Because the List view contains no details about each file, choosing List maximizes the number of files listed in the right-pane window.
If List view does not show all of your files, or if you want to print a rundown of your files with details about the size of each file and the date it was created, return to Explorer and scroll down the files pane until a new set of files is shown. Repeat the steps to capture the screen and
transfer it to Paintbrush.
