Earthlink gets very good review from computer journals. I use it and for the most part it is very dependable. Once in a while it cuts me off. Last year Earthlink increased the number of access numbers in my area and did not put out a message to that effect.

I get a lot of email from people with Bell Atlantic, opnet, ATT, rcn and rarely, if ever, get any complaints about them.

All of them are transparent. I think price usually is about $20 a month for unrestricted access, $5 each for extra mailboxes and 6 free megs of space for a Web page.
